How long will it take to install an Air Conditioning unit?
Most residential jobs will take between a few hours and a full day to finish. However, every house is unique and every job is different, which means your house requires an inspection beforehand to determine how long it may take to install your air conditioner. Our technicians have years of experience and will be able to give you an estimated time for completion. A few factors may include, but are not limited to:

-
The placement of the machines
-
The construction and material of the house
-
Special requirements and standards

How often do I need to maintain my Air Conditioner?
Your air conditioner, much like a car is a mechanical machine and will require regular maintenance. We typically recommend you clean your filters once every 6 months (between seasons) depending on how often you use your air conditioner. Some houses and offices clean their filters every 2-3 months due to the nature of their business.

We also recommend you book an annual maintenance service to maintain and extend the longevity of your air conditioner. Much like a car, the more you tend to it, the longer it'll last.
Why do I need to maintain my Air Conditioner?
There are several reasons why your Air Conditioner requires regular maintenance. An Air Conditioner that is not regularly maintained will deteriorate very quickly and may even void your warranty if not looked after properly. Regular maintenance will increase the efficiency of your machine and save you up to $400 per year!
Another reason is that your Air Conditioner will have to work twice as hard in order to produce the same quality Air as when you first purchased the machine.

Worst of all, should your Air Conditioner not be cleaned, it will start producing mold over time. This is the air that you'll be breathing in and can be especially harmful to those who suffer from respiratory illnesses!
